ScanMaster has acquired VOGT Ultrasonics GmbH, a specialist in ultrasonic inspection solutions for the automotive industry, further strengthening the ScanMaster Systems Group’s capabilities in automated inspection technologies.
The acquisition brings VOGT Ultrasonics’ expertise in robotic spot-weld inspection and AI-driven ultrasonic solutions into the ScanMaster Group, enhancing its offering for automotive manufacturers and suppliers. The integration is expected to accelerate product development, expand application know-how, and reinforce the group’s global market position.
With a strong local presence in Germany, the ScanMaster Group plans to further expand customer support and service for its installed base across Germany and Austria.
