The event, hosted by Oceaneering International Serviced Limited (OISL), a wholly-owned subsidiary, highlighted the company's enduring commitment to the region and its pivotal role in the global energy sector.

The ceremony was attended by key figures from Oceaneering, including Alan Curtis, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Shaun Roedel, Senior Vice President of Manufactured Products, and Audrey Orhon, General Manager for Oceaneering in Rosyth. They were joined by Stuart Wallace, CEO Designate of Forth Ports, and Neil Gordon, Chief Executive of Global Underwater Hub, to unveil a commemorative plaque. This plaque will be displayed alongside a plaque previously presented by HRH Princess Anne when the site was inaugurated in 1999.

"Oceaneering has been an integral part of the Port of Rosyth since 1999," said Stuart Wallace, CEO Designate of Forth Ports. The site also includes Oceaneering’s Testing, Qualification, and Reliability Laboratory, a facility designed for topside and subsea component qualification and factory acceptance testing.

Alan Curtis, Senior Vice President and CFO of Oceaneering, expressed his gratitude at the event: "We are delighted to celebrate this milestone with our key customers, suppliers, industry partners, and the community. The work conducted at our Rosyth facility is crucial to both the local and global energy industries. Achieving 'Fit 4 Offshore Renewables' Granted Status earlier this year underscores our commitment to the renewable energy sector. We are excited about our future contributions to both traditional and renewable energy markets."

Founded in 1974, OISL provides operational and manufacturing support across the U.K., Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. Oceaneering’s presence at Rosyth is a testament to its long-term strategic vision and its role in advancing the energy sector through innovation and collaboration.
