Certerra, a provider of technology-enabled testing, inspection, and certification services for critical infrastructure and industrial markets, has announced that Code NDT has joined the Certerra platform and will operate as part of the company’s Southwest Division.

The addition of Code NDT strengthens Certerra’s non-destructive testing (NDT) capabilities across the Southwest region and supports the company’s continued expansion of specialized inspection services for infrastructure and industrial sectors.

Code NDT brings more than two decades of experience in delivering advanced NDT services across multiple industries. The company provides a range of inspection solutions using modern technologies and certified personnel, including Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiographic Testing (RT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Visual Testing (VT), and Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT).

The company also offers advanced NDT methods such as Computed Radiography (CR), Digital Radiography (DR), Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing (PAUT), and Time-of-Flight Diffraction (TOFD), supporting the safety, reliability, and code compliance of critical assets.

Following the integration, Jonathan Felts will continue to lead Certerra’s Southwest Division. Code NDT will become part of the division’s existing operations and growth strategy, further expanding regional service capabilities and technical expertise.

Niko Svimonoff, former President of Code NDT, has been appointed Regional Vice President of the Southwest Division. In this role, he will contribute his leadership experience, technical knowledge, and industry relationships to support the continued growth of Certerra’s NDT platform.

The integration of Code NDT enhances Certerra’s technical capabilities in non-destructive testing and expands its ability to provide a broader suite of testing, inspection, and certification services across the Southwest and other markets.

The move reflects Certerra’s strategy of combining specialized technical expertise with regional leadership to support complex infrastructure and industrial inspection requirements.
