However, the transaction includes the purchase of SJB's office and accredited lab located on South Park Ave. in Hamburg, as well as its drilling and testing equipment in Hamburg, Rochester, and Cortland. The acquisition also involves the addition of SJB's experienced staff to the Atlantic Testing team.
