Position Summary:
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing the complete sales lifecycle for ROSEN Group's storage tank, piping, NDT inspection, and integrity solutions. The role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, developing long-term customer relationships, delivering tailored inspection and integrity solutions, and supporting clients throughout project execution and post-assessment activities. The Sales Manager also contributes to market growth by strengthening ROSEN's presence within the Oil & Gas industry through technical expertise, strategic sales planning, and customer-focused engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle in accordance with ROSEN's Sales Process.
- Generate and achieve sales and revenue targets while increasing customer satisfaction and market share.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with ROSEN's business objectives.
- Understand customer needs and recommend tailored inspection, integrity assessment, and compliance solutions.
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Forecast and track sales performance for assigned clients while maintaining accurate records in ROSEN's CRM system.
- Increase market presence and gather market intelligence.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities affecting regional sales growth and profitability.
- Prepare quotations and proposals, oversee sales execution, and provide after-sales support.
- Participate in client meetings, industry events, and conferences.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred, or a proven track record within the relevant industry.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role within the Oil & Gas industry.
Knowledge:
- EEMUA
- API
- NDT
- NACE
Skills & Competencies:
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong listening and questioning abilities.
- Ability to understand customer requirements and develop tailored Customer Value Propositions (CVPs).
- Ability to work effectively in a challenging business environment.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales strategy capabilities.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role within the Oil & Gas industry.
- Knowledge of EEMUA, API, NDT, NACE, and related industry regulations.
- Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally for business.
- Applicants must have the permanent legal right to work in the country of employment.
- Permanent valid work authorization is required. Immigration sponsorship is not available.
