03 August 2026 - CorrosionRADAR’s data-led Corrosion Under Insulation (CUI) monitoring solution has been selected to help protect critical insulated assets at Dow’s latest Path2Zero expansion project in Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada, to support asset integrity throughout construction and operations.

Embedding CorrosionRADAR’s monitoring solution during the construction phase will provide continuous visibility of CUI beneath insulation, which will enable earlier detection of moisture and corrosion activity, support more targeted inspection planning, and help reduce unnecessary insulation removal, contributing to improved asset life, and lower lifecycle costs.

Dr. Chiraz Ennaceur, Chief Executive Officer at CorrosionRADAR, commented: “We are pleased to support Dow and others across the sector as they move towards lower-carbon and net-zero operations. Integrating CorrosionRADAR’s CUI monitoring solution during construction ensures that integrity data is a foundational part of operational strategy from the outset. Establishing this level of visibility beneath insulation supports structured decision-making, protects asset value and reinforces reliability across decades of service.”

Ryan Hanson, Project Director for Dow’s new ethylene cracker, said: “Delivering a facility of this scale requires strong collaboration with partners who bring specialized expertise across engineering, construction, and long-term asset performance. Working with organizations such as CorrosionRADAR strengthens our ability to build a resilient, high-integrity operation designed to support sustained performance.”
