Position Summary:
TEAM, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Assistant Radiographer based in Phoenix, AZ. In this role, the technician will assist certified NDT personnel with setting up and executing non-destructive tests (RT, UT, MT, PT), managing radiation safety barriers, transporting inspection equipment, and maintaining compliance with safety standards across oil & gas, power, nuclear, and aerospace client sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist certified technicians during non-destructive testing procedures and equipment setups.
- Organize, transport, clean, and maintain inspection tools, materials, and field gear.
- Support radiation safety protocols, establishing radiation perimeters and site safety boundaries during radiography.
- Perform basic physical tasks including rigging, equipment staging, and setup in confined spaces or elevated areas.
- Complete field logs, daily timesheets, and job documentation accurately.
- Comply with TEAM's Life Critical Expectations, OSHA requirements, and client site safety rules.
Qualifications Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Driver’s License with a clean motor vehicle driving record.
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol screenings and background checks.
- Ability to secure site access credentials (TWIC, DISA).
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work at heights/confined spaces.
- Willingness to travel and work extended/flexible shifts, including weekends and night rotations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in NDT, construction, plant maintenance, or heavy industry.
- Familiarity with basic NDT terminology and procedures.
- Active TWIC or OSHA 10/30 safety cards.

- Annual salary range: $47,840.00 – $58,240.00 (plus overtime, per diem, and travel expenses).
