Welds Specific

Our Welds-specific courses include the UT80 (10 days) and UT120 (15 days) suitable for SNT Level 2 Direct and PCN Level 2 Direct, respectively. We also offer a 3-day critical sizing to UT Welds Level 2 (UT24) for PCN/SNT Direct, a 5-day course for UT Spot Welds suitable for SNT Level 2 (UT40), and a 4-day course for Nozzle & Node at Level 2 (Supplementaries – UT40).

Castings Specific

For those interested in Castings-specific training, we offer the UT80 (10 days) suitable for SNT Level 2 Direct and UT120 (15 days) suitable for PCN Level 2 Direct.

Wrought Products Specific (Forgings)

Our Forgings-specific courses include the UT80 (10 days) suitable for SNT Level 2 Direct and UT120 (15 days) suitable for PCN Level 2 Direct.

Thickness & Lamination Checking (Plate Testing)

For Plate Testing, we offer a 5-day course (UT40) suitable for PCN/SNT Level 2 Direct.

Our UT Level 2 training covers both general and sector-specific theories, including principles of Ultrasonic Testing, equipment, testing techniques, calibration of testing systems, detectability of defects, factors affecting the performance of the Ultrasonic test, codes of practice and standards, conducting and recording the test, interpretation of test results, and product technology theory.

If you're looking to advance your UT certification, we also offer an additional 4-day certification training and 1-day exam for those who wish to undertake an additional category of Castings or Forging.

We provide Ultrasonic Testing training suitable for PCN/EN473/ISO 9712 Levels 1, 2, and 3, and ASNT Level 3. Alternatively, our training is also suitable for candidates working to an employer-written practice based on SNT-TC-1A; EN4179, and NAS410
