Course Overview:

The 40 hours Computed Radiography Level 2 training at Lavender International provides comprehensive training on the fundamental principles of radiology physics and computed radiography techniques.

Radiology Physics:

The course covers the properties of matter, radioactive materials, types of radiation, and the interaction of radiation with matter. It also includes exposure devices and radiation sources, radiological safety principles review, and the calibration of equipment using Phantom.

Computed Radiography Techniques:

The course provides an overview of Computed Radiography (CR), its system components, and basic CR techniques. It also covers digital image processing and viewing techniques.

Certification:

Upon completion of the course, candidates will be eligible for Computed Radiography testing training suitable for PCN GEN – BS EN ISO 9712 Levels 2. Additionally, the course is suitable for candidates working to an employer written practice based on SNT-TC-1A, EN4179, and NAS410.
