The WeldScan is the best and most cost-effective way to perform phased array, TOFD and corrosion inspections. The WeldScan is compact, lightweight, has soft-contact magnetic wheels and our exclusive IP68 waterproof RME encoder. The RME Encoder is so robust, we offer it with our industry-leading lifetime warranty.   WeldScan with its soft-contact wheels makes for very smooth scanning, reducing chatter unlike what our competition offers using hard wheels.  The scanner comes with vertical linear motion Stage-1 gimbles assures that your UT probes are always perfectly parallel to each other. The WeldScan comes standard with 2 trucks, 1 straight crossbar, 1 hinged crossbar for axial scanning and 4 stage-1 gimbles.  With additional components the WeldScan can hold 8 transducers.

Setting up the scanner is quick and easy. Each truck is modular and can be mounted to the supplied arm bars to allow multiple probe scanning from the center, offset, front or side mount positions. The encoder is covered by our unbeatable lifetime warranty.
