3/4″ thick carbon steel ultrasonic calibration block with multiple steps ranging from 0.1″, 0.2″, 0.3″, 0.4″, 0.5″ depths, each containing a 1/8″ diameter flat bottom hole 0.050 ” in depth. 3/32″ diameter ASME and 3/64″ diameter Navship side drilled holes at 1/4T, 1/2T and 3/4T locations for shearwave sensitivty. Wire EDM notches at 5%, 20%, 50% & 80% depths.
