LEAsys is XARION’s versatile, stand-alone ultrasonic inspection station for non-destructive testing (NDT). Combined with a precision XY scanner and real-time analysis software, it enables fully contact-free ultrasonic inspection and high-resolution testing of composites, metals, adhesive joints, and multi-material structures in industrial environments.
The system supports both through-transmission and single-sided pulse-echo inspections. LEAsys can be purchased as a stand-alone station for at-line testing or in laboratories, while the sensor technology itself can be integrated directly into production environments and large inline systems for automated industrial inspection.
LEAstudio is XARION’s powerful analysis and control software for LEAsys, designed to automate industrial ultrasonic inspection with ease.
It provides a customer-friendly and intuitive environment for NDT data acquisition, visualization, and analysis, enabling efficient operation even for large and complex datasets. The software enables visualization of A-, B-, C-, and F-scans, as well as 3D scan rendering, spectral analysis, and advanced signal processing tools.
