4-axis eddy current system enables high-precision scanning of complex parts like blades, welds, and aerospace components.
The UniWest 4-Axis Eddy Current Scanning System is a high-precision inspection platform designed for complex geometry evaluations. It incorporates three linear axes (X, Y, Z) and one rotational axis (θ), with the option to add an M-axis for probe orientation. This configuration enables full surface coverage and accurate scanning of components such as turbine blades, welds, and aerospace parts. With angular repeatability better than 0.01 degrees and modular construction, the system ensures consistent, repeatable results and can be adapted to a wide range of part sizes and inspection requirements. It is built for industrial environments, offering reliable performance under varying operational conditions.
