Position Summary:
The NDT Technician is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections while supporting high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The role requires experience or previous certification in a minimum of two NDT methods and offers the opportunity to work as part of a growing team with potential for career advancement. The technician is expected to maintain accountability for safety, environmental protection, and quality throughout all assigned inspection activities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform non-destructive testing inspections using approved inspection methods.
- Carry out inspection activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
- Ensure all assigned duties are completed in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
- Maintain personal accountability for safety, quality, and environmental protection during all work activities.
- Contribute to a positive work environment that promotes operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Support company initiatives by raising concerns, questions, and opportunities for operational and workplace improvements.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Degree.
- Experience or previous certification in at least two of the following NDT methods:
- Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
- Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
- Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
- NAS 410 Aerospace certification is considered an advantage.
- Proof of classroom training hours.
- Previous Level I and/or Level II certifications.
- Proof of On-the-Job Training (OJT).
Requirements:
- Ability to provide required qualification and training documentation, including:
- High School Diploma, GED, or Degree.
- Proof of classroom training hours.
- Previous Level I/II certifications.
- On-the-Job Training (OJT) records.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace safety, quality, and environmental protection.
- Ability to work in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
