Position Summary:

The NDT Technician is responsible for performing non-destructive testing (NDT) inspections while supporting high standards of safety, quality, and compliance. The role requires experience or previous certification in a minimum of two NDT methods and offers the opportunity to work as part of a growing team with potential for career advancement. The technician is expected to maintain accountability for safety, environmental protection, and quality throughout all assigned inspection activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform non-destructive testing inspections using approved inspection methods.
  • Carry out inspection activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
  • Ensure all assigned duties are completed in accordance with company requirements and applicable regulations.
  • Maintain personal accountability for safety, quality, and environmental protection during all work activities.
  • Contribute to a positive work environment that promotes operational excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
  • Support company initiatives by raising concerns, questions, and opportunities for operational and workplace improvements.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma, GED, or Degree.
  • Experience or previous certification in at least two of the following NDT methods:
  • Ultrasonic Testing (UT)
  • Liquid Penetrant Testing (PT)
  • Magnetic Particle Testing (MT)
  • NAS 410 Aerospace certification is considered an advantage.
  • Proof of classroom training hours.
  • Previous Level I and/or Level II certifications.
  • Proof of On-the-Job Training (OJT).

Requirements:

  • Ability to provide required qualification and training documentation, including:
  • High School Diploma, GED, or Degree.
  • Proof of classroom training hours.
  • Previous Level I/II certifications.
  • On-the-Job Training (OJT) records.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace safety, quality, and environmental protection.
  • Ability to work in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
