TYPES OF COATING INSPECTION
Cathodic Protection
Carthodic protection is a critical mitigation component to protect your assets against corrosion. By using an electro-chemical technique, corrosion is transferred from the primary material that you want to protect, to another metal.
The NACE institute offers a standardized education in Cathodic Protection. Through practical and theoretical training it empowers NACE-certified corrosion engineers to mitigate and reverse corrosion on business-critical materials.
Coating Inspection
Coating inspectors are NACE-certified and inspect industrial coatings across a wide variety of commercial and industrial industries. Protective coatings and paint are critical in maintaining equipment integrity. Coating inspection is the process of evaluating degradation and corrosion on those protective coatings.
Corrosion Management
A proactive corrosion management program, supervised by a NACE inspector is critical to maintaining industrial and heavy-duty equipment and assets.
By establishing a preventive maintenance plan and regular NACE-certified inspection, your business assets will be better protected against critical failure, reduced efficiency, and costly delays as a result.
We have the tools and technologies to expertly analyze surface coatings and provide detailed reports on their condition, allowing our customers to make informed business decisions on scheduling, budgeting and maintenance. By establishing a regular inspection and coating maintenance program you can protect your assets from corrosion, deterioration and ensure your protective coatings are efficiently protecting your equipment through regular quality assurance from an effective corrosion maintenance plan.
Coating Maintenance Plan
THE COATING INSPECTOR MAINTENANCE PLANS
We protect our client assets with preventative measures. By regularly inspecting for abrasion, corrosion and regular wear and tear, you’ll prevent critical failures and costly repairs to your equipment.
Coating maintenance program and inspection is a critical operating cost and investment in facility and infrastructure owner’s assets. The consequence of not establishing a regular maintenance plan is far greater, resulting in high-cost savings.
Business and infrastructure owners must ensure regular inspection and preventative measures taken to maintain their protective coatings to increase the lifespan of their equipment and maximize operational efficiency.
BENEFITS OF A MAINTENANCE PLAN
All protective coatings deteriorate or corrode over time. Corrosion maintenance through inspection, monitoring, and repair will prevent this from happening to your assets and equipment.
