Smartchem Industries was founded in September 2012. Our Directors, Stuart and David Smart have collectively over 50 years experience in manufacturing Magnetic Particle and Dye Penetrant products to Australian & International standards.
We are Australian owned and operated, our head office is located in Western Sydney.
We only use premium raw materials which are sourced from Australian suppliers where possible.

Matcon UV LED Leg Light
A UV light featuring two UV LEDs, it is designed to fit on the rear pole of AC Yokes. Powered by induction of the magnetic field produced by the AC Yoke, it does not require batteries. The LED's generate very little heat even after extended use. The lamp is robustly built making it suitable for in-house or field use. The design allows for single operator use in Fluorescent Magnetic Particle Inspections. The lamp is supplied in a protective case.
SL8904 Vulture LED UV/White Light Range
A light weight range of UV lights featuring 4 X 5W 365nm NICHIA UV LED's & 6 x White LED's. Powered by a Lithium ion battery or 240V. The LED's are not affected by magnetic fields, and there is no warm up time for maximum intensity. Robust and light weight, the lamp is supplied in a carry case and comes in a range of UV outputs from the ASTME-3022 compliant 4,000 microwatts up to 15,000 microwatts. The Nichia LED's have a 30,000 hour life
