Digital Ultrasonic Thickness Gauge
Ultrasonic thickness gauge measures the round trip time of the ultrasound sent by the probe in thickness sample. The microcomputer converts this time into thickness or velocity readings displayed on the LCD. This is one of our first products which we have been manufacturing since 1976. We keep updating our product line as per industry requirements, the current product line is our latest iteration.
We have 3 models of ultrasonic thickness gauges, all have auto probe setting and direct entry of thickness / velocity for calibration, thus eliminating the need for having samples of various materials.
COATING THICKNESS GAUGE
Micronstat: Digital Coating Thickness Gauge
Micronstat is an electronic digital gauge for accurate measurement of coating thickness. It can measure thickness as fine as 1 micron, eliminating the need for guess work, erroneous reading and approximation in coating thickness measurement.
Micronstat can help to maintain consistent quality of coatings in the fields of anti-corrosion, electroplating, painting of engineering products, automobiles, aircraft manufacture, and chemical industry and so on.
Micronstat measures following coatings on metallic substrates:
- Paint, varnish, lacquer, oxide, nitrite phosphate, enamel, plastic, fibre glass, rubber glass etc.
- Decorative and protective coatings
- Electroplating on steel (except nickel)
- Anodizing, paints etc. on Aluminium
