PAUT.Tech is a forward-thinking non-destructive testing (NDT) company founded by Rick Baek, an ISO 9712 Level 3 PAUT & UT expert with over 17 years of experience in AUT and PAUT. The company specializes in designing and producing customizable, 3D-printed scanner components compatible with systems like Omniscan MX, MX2, and X3.

Recognizing the high cost and limited flexibility of conventional scanner hardware, Rick developed an affordable and versatile alternative that allows NDT companies to build multiple task-specific scanners instead of relying on a single, overused system. His modular designs improve efficiency, reduce downtime, and allow teams to perform different inspections simultaneously without constant reconfiguration.

Each scanner is engineered for adaptability and performance, featuring magnetic wheels and encoders aligned to weld prep for optimal surface contact.
