MACHSCAN TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. (MTSI) was formed in early 1996 by a group of young and dynamic NDT professionals and Aeronautical Engineer. The Company was incorporated by the Securities and Exchange Commission on May 2002. Longing to contribute in aviation safety through the use of Non Destructive Testing methods led these young professionals to establish the Company.

The founding members of the company have extensive experience in the field of NDT applications on various types and components of aircrafts both military and commercial planes.

MTSI Quality Engineers are either holder of a valid CAAP Aviation Maintenance Specialist (NDT rating), Aviation Maintenance Technician (A&P rating), RP-PRC Aeronautical Engineer license. Quality Engineers are trained to Level II & III in both local and foreign training school specializing in Aerospace Non Destructive Testing and Inspection.

An approved Maintenance Procedure Manual (MPM) by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines contains their policies and procedures. It includes among others, inspection system, personnel duties and responsibilities, control and calibration of test equipment, effective NDI performance, internal audit system and others. Manual control, record of revision and list of effective pages are in place to monitor the present status of this manual. Each office is provided with a copy to be read by personnel to thoroughly familiar with its content.

MACHSCAN TECHNICAL SERVICES INC. is an Approved Maintenance Organization (AMO) by Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) with AMO Certificate No. 39-99 authorized and approved to perform services on Non Destructive Testing (NDT), Aircraft Weight and Balance and Safety Equipment.
