After several years of fruitful collaboration with EKOSCAN, a leading industrialist has taken a minority stake in INTACT.
The ambition of the 2 partners is to jointly develop the best technologies and best practices for inspecting, monitoring and predicting the state of health of industrial equipment, for the benefit of the entire sector.
INTACT is made up of a team of experts certified to carry out on-site assignments anywhere in the world, both in Non-Destructive Testing and in Mechanical Integrity.
Thanks to its international network, INTACT has the ability to mobilize qualified resources to meet the needs of its customers.
INTACT HAS GIVEN THE MISSION OF PROVIDING CUSTOMIZED SOLUTIONS TO THE MOST DEMANDING NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING NEEDS.
Our team of engineers, researchers and technicians is at your disposal to implement relevant and reliable inspection strategies. The objective is to control your maintenance and renewal expenses, to guarantee the safety of people and property and to reduce your environmental footprint.
INTACT accompanies you with studies specific to your equipment and your problems, personalized engineering and a service offer in Non Destructive Testing by ultrasound.
SERVICES ADAPTED TO EACH INDUSTRY SECTOR
INTACT carries out inspections for various industries: petrochemicals, rail, nuclear, energy, aeronautics, boilermaking, etc.
During each mission, INTACT understands your needs and implements the appropriate inspection procedures in accordance with the standards of your sector. From the development of your inspection solution to the acquisition of your equipment and the drafting of inspection procedures validated by our engineers, INTACT makes every effort to start your inspection quickly and in the best conditions.
LISTENING, REACTIVITY AND AGILITY ARE OUR KEY WORDS TO ENSURE THE PROPER OPERATION AND RELIABILITY OF YOUR INSTALLATIONS.
CONSTANTLY EVOLVING INSPECTION TECHNOLOGIES
Ultrasonic NDT technologies have seen major technological breakthroughs over the past 10 years.
INTꓥCT, in partnership with EKOSCAN (non-destructive testing equipment) and EXTENDE (world leader in non-destructive testing simulation), is at the forefront of technology and innovation through constant investment in inspection tools the most efficient. With its R&D laboratory and partners specialized in advanced fields such as simulation, signal processing or robotics, INTꓥCT develops the most advanced inspection solutions. For example, INTꓥCT is able to reconstruct your equipment in 3D and display inspection results in this model to improve its analysis.
On the basis of this inspection data, kept over the lifetime of the equipment, our experts support you further with solutions for Monitoring the Health of Materials and Structures or Mechanical Integrity in order to project you serenely towards your future transactions.
NON-DESTRUCTIVE TESTING IS ONLY THE CLINICAL INSPECTION OF YOUR EQUIPMENT
The results must then be transformed into a program of care, monitoring and anticipation of life expectancy.
INTꓥCT uses state-of-the-art tools to monitor the health of its customers' equipment fleets.
Based on two pillars: (1) calculation and simulation software and (2) in-depth knowledge of numerous codes and standards applicable to your equipment, INTꓥCT ensures, for example, the operational deployment of a global integrity strategy. assets designed in close collaboration with a leading industrial partner.
