Estanc AS is an Estonian process equipment engineering and manufacturing company founded in 1992. The company is family-owned and has grown over three decades to become one of the largest producers of static process equipment in the Baltic and Nordic regions.

• Turnkey Process Equipment: Estanc designs, manufactures, delivers, and installs a wide range of process equipment. Their product portfolio includes pressure vessels, heat exchangers, scrubbers, chimneys, non-pressure tanks, reactors, columns, feedwater tanks, deaerators, LNG storage tanks, piping modules, etc.

• Materials & Welding Expertise: They work with many materials—carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex and super-duplex alloys, titanium, clad materials, and more. They maintain a large number of qualified welding procedures and certified welders. 

• Large-Scale Manufacturing Capacity: Their facility includes over 12,000–13,000 m² of production space. They handle large and heavy equipment (from a few kilograms up to ~200 tons), including very large vessels (size up to ~~7 m × 7 m × 50 m) where feasible, often collaborating with partners for the largest dimensions.

• Helium Leak Testing: Estanc has implemented helium leak testing of their welds/materials for equipment like heat exchangers. Helium leak testing is a sensitive, quantitative method for checking weld/joint integrity. 

• Pressure Testing & Non-Destructive Tests: Their manufacturing includes pressure testing and non-destructive testing of components. For high reliability, these are part of their standard quality control processes. 

• Standards, Certifications & Compliance: Estanc holds ISO certifications (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc.) and operates to ensure correct documentation, control, welding procedures, strength calculations, and regulatory compliance.
