In order to support our customers and solutions, we have created a separate company Electronic & Engineering Services Pvt Ltd (EES). The team consists of highly trained engineers, who aim to take quick actions in order to resolve any issues as well as ensure customer satisfaction. These actions are crucial to ensure minimum down-time, maximum productivity and efficiency of our solutions.
The main tasks executed by the EES team are:
- Investigate issues faced by our customers
- Quick repair/replacement turn around times to ensure minimum down time
- Immediate supply of spares and consumables
- Impart training to end users of the products
- Carry out maintenance contracts for smooth operations and longevity of the solutions
- Execute periodic calibrations of the products to verify the accuracy and performance
- Install and commission new supplies
- Form a feedback look to our technology department to improve the overall products
- Support customers via in-person visits, remote/virtual support and over the phone
