X-550 XRF Analyzer

Any Mineral, Any Element — Anyplace On The Planet.

‍SciAps, Inc., is a Boston-based instrumentation company specializing in handheld portable analytical instruments to measure any element, any place on the planet. Our industry-leading X-ray fluorescence (XRF) and laser-based (LIBS) analyzers are at work across every major industry. When we built the first handheld laser analyzer, we revolutionized the world of NDT/PMI with our carbon testing capability. The Z-902 Carbon leads the industry with a 190 nm – 420 nm spectrometer range, and the Z-901 CSi measures carbon and silicon only, and the Z-70 air-burn LIBS is designed specifically for material ID testing. The X-550 has pre-configured on-board apps to assure quality application testing by every operator. Together, SciAps LIBS and XRF create the complete NDT/PMI package, with unbeatable size, speed, connectivity, test data management and reporting, and range of testing applications.
