Hitachi PMI-MASTER Pro2 Portable Spectrometer

The PMI-MASTER Pro2 is the ultimate solution for preventing grade mix-ups, conducting material verification, and ensuring quality control, whether in manufacturing or scrapyard environments. This advanced spark mobile optical emission spectrometer (OES) provides precise and reliable carbon analysis across a broad range of materials, including L-grade stainless steels, low alloy steels, and carbon steels.

With the ability to measure carbon and boron using any of the spark probes, the PMI-MASTER Pro2 ensures accurate results that are critical for making informed decisions. For even more comprehensive analysis, the UVTOUCH probe allows you to measure additional critical elements such as phosphorus, sulfur, and boron, as well as nitrogen in duplex steels.

This capability is essential for applications that require stringent material testing and verification, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Spark OES is recognized as the most trusted and widely used method for creating and verifying mill testing reports (MTRs) worldwide.

The PMI-MASTER Pro2 is designed to meet the highest standards in PMI metallurgical alloy chemistry testing, including API 5L, ASME section IX B&PV, ISO 17025, and A2LA standards. Whether you're managing incoming and outgoing materials, performing quality checks, or optimizing scrapyard operations, the PMI-MASTER Pro2 delivers the analytical performance and reliability needed to maintain quality and maximize profitability.
