Circle Systems Sir-Chem® Dry Powder 63

Circle Systems Sir-Chem® Dry Powder 63!

Sir-Chem Dusting Powder 63 is a specially formulated nonfluorescent red magnetic powder designed for use in dry method magnetic particle inspection. This highly refined powder offers exceptional colored contrast on polished surfaces, ensuring strong particle buildup that effectively reveals both medium to coarse and minute discontinuities. It is specifically designed for use under visible light, making it an ideal choice for inspecting fabricated components or weldments such as bridges, pipes, large tanks, machinery, and various types of industrial equipment. The red hue of Sir-Chem Dusting Powder 63 provides a distinct advantage in visual inspections, making it easier to detect imperfections and discontinuities during the testing process. Whether inspecting large structures like bridges or detailed welds on machinery, this powder ensures that even the smallest flaws are identified, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of the inspected components.
