Circle Systems Sir-Chem® Dry Powder 61

Circle Systems Sir-Chem® Dry Powder 61!

Sir-Chem Dusting Powder 61 is a specially formulated nonfluorescent gray magnetic powder designed for dry method magnetic particle inspection. This highly refined powder offers excellent colored contrast on polished surfaces, ensuring strong particle buildup that effectively reveals both medium to coarse and minute discontinuities. It is specifically designed for use under visible light, making it an ideal choice for inspecting fabricated components or weldments such as bridges, pipes, large tanks, machinery, and various types of industrial equipment. The gray color of Sir-Chem Dusting Powder 61 provides a distinct advantage in visual inspections, making it easier to detect imperfections and discontinuities during the testing process. Whether inspecting large structures like bridges or detailed welds on machinery, this powder ensures that even the smallest flaws are identified, contributing to the overall safety and integrity of the inspected components.
