Teradyne, Inc., a global leader in automated test equipment and advanced robotics, has announced the release of the ETS-800 D20, the newest member of the ETS-800 platform. The system is designed to meet growing demand for precise, scalable, and cost-effective testing solutions in power semiconductors, serving industries that depend on high performance, reliability, and efficiency.

The ETS-800 D20 brings a dual sector test head system to market, providing a flexible and efficient platform for all test insertions and package types. This design allows configuration for low-volume testing with up to two instruments or high-volume production with up to eight parallel test sites, enabling manufacturers to optimize for both throughput and versatility.
