TEAM Inc. is expanding its digital asset integrity capabilities through the continued development of ONEINSIGHT, its digital command center designed to connect inspection, heat treatment and advanced asset management services within a single integrated platform for refinery and petrochemical clients.
The platform forms part of TEAM’s TEAM360 service model, bringing inspection and related workflows into a centralized digital environment. ONEINSIGHT digitizes touchpoints ranging from inspection to post-weld heat treatment and repair, providing operations teams with live dashboards, audit logs, connected workflows and mobile reporting for critical asset management.
ONEINSIGHT connects inspection and asset management workflows
According to the company, ONEINSIGHT is designed to reduce handoffs between service providers and decision delays while supporting asset management across the maintenance cycle. The platform brings inspection, heat treatment and repair-related information into a connected workflow, enabling operations teams to access asset information through a centralized system.
The development is significant from an NDT perspective as advanced non-destructive testing forms part of TEAM’s active technology offering. The company’s broader inspection portfolio also includes drone-based inspection for complex access areas and robotic systems for higher-risk environments.
Together, these technologies are positioned within TEAM’s broader approach to asset integrity, where inspection data and asset information are managed alongside maintenance and related service workflows.
TEAM highlights end-to-end asset integrity approach
At the API Summit 2026, TEAM Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer Tim Pearson highlighted the company’s vision for end-to-end asset integrity solutions.
The company said current requirements extend beyond periodic inspections, with asset owners requiring support across the full asset life cycle. TEAM’s offering combines advanced NDT, drone-based inspection, robotic systems and digital solutions for managing asset information throughout the maintenance cycle.
For NDT and inspection teams, the integration of inspection technologies with digital asset management provides a connected approach to handling information generated during inspection and maintenance activities.
Technical and training capabilities
TEAM also maintains a technical and training center in Alvin, Texas, which develops programs for employees and customers. The facility supports the company’s Gulf Coast operational presence as part of its global network of more than 220 locations across 13 countries.
With ONEINSIGHT and its advanced inspection technologies, TEAM is continuing to develop an integrated digital approach that brings NDT, inspection, heat treatment, repair and asset management workflows into a connected service model.
