SI Solutions, LLC (SIS) has announced the acquisition of Integrity Specialists, LLC, a Minnesota-based provider of advanced non-destructive examination (NDE) and inspection services for the natural gas pipeline industry. The move significantly strengthens SIS’s portfolio of NDE solutions, expanding its scale and technical expertise in pipeline integrity management.
Founded in 2010 and headquartered in Annandale, MN, Integrity Specialists has built a strong reputation for quality, safety, and innovation in the natural gas sector. The company provides a range of advanced NDE and inspection services, including pipeline and mechanical integrity assessments, material verification, and direct examinations. Its expertise will now complement SI Solutions’ existing service portfolio, which spans engineering, construction, testing, and maintenance for critical energy and infrastructure markets.
With this acquisition, SI Solutions—backed by MidOcean Partners—now employs nearly 600 professionals across 13 offices in the U.S. and internationally. The company delivers mission-critical engineering and specialized services with a growing focus on advanced non-destructive examination.
