The ROSEN Group has announced the publication of its first Sustainability Report for fiscal year 2024, marking a major milestone in the company’s environmental, social, and governance (ESG) journey. The report underscores ROSEN’s long-standing commitment to protecting people, communities, and the environment, while driving innovation and responsible business practices across its global operations.
“The publication of our first ROSEN Group Sustainability Report marks a special milestone in our ESG journey. Sustainability has been the cornerstone of our core business since the company was founded, ensuring the integrity of industrial assets and thus fostering a sustainable future for people and nature,” emphasized Erik Cornelissen, Chief Executive Officer.
For over 40 years, ROSEN has invested in applied research, technology development, and advanced inspection and integrity solutions that enhance the safety and longevity of critical infrastructure, helping to prevent environmental damage and improve system resilience.
In 2023, ROSEN launched a global initiative to roll out a comprehensive Corporate Sustainability strategy. Through targeted programs addressing ethical, social, and environmental goals, the company aims to boost long-term value creation and embed sustainability principles across all business areas.

The inaugural Sustainability Report details key progress, with a focus on integrating ESG principles into operations. Although published voluntarily, the report aligns with the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) under the EU’s Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). The report currently covers two subsidiaries, with ROSEN planning to publish its first group-wide sustainability report next year.
