ININ Group AS’s subsidiary Nordic Inspekt Group AB is set to enter the Finnish market through the acquisition of NDT Inspection & Consulting Oy and Ropetech Oy, two well-established non-destructive testing (NDT) and inspection service providers in Finland. The transaction, pending final agreement, marks a significant step in the group’s ambition to become a leading independent Nordic TIC (testing, inspection, and certification) player.
The acquisition, once completed, will see Inspekt, ININ’s TIC business, expand its geographic footprint beyond Sweden and Norway, strengthening its position as a regional challenger to dominant incumbents in the Nordic inspection market.

Founded in 2003, NDT Inspection & Consulting is headquartered in Vantaa and Oulu, with additional offices throughout Finland. The company delivers a comprehensive range of inspection services including drone inspections, rope access techniques for high-altitude evaluations, tank inspections, bottom scanning, PMI, replica testing, and full-spectrum QA/QC services. With approximately 50 inspection specialists, the company is known for both its mobility and ability to cater to large-scale and complex industrial projects across energy, manufacturing, and construction sectors.
The group also includes Ropetech Oy, adding further technical depth and operational capability to the acquisition.
Combined, the two Finnish firms generated €10 million in revenue and €2 million in EBIT over the last twelve months, with steady top-line growth and margin improvement.
