moviTHERM has announced the launch of Irley™, a new IoT-enabled thermal camera designed to help industries detect fire risks, equipment failures, and heat-related anomalies before they escalate into costly incidents. The company said the solution is intended to strengthen early warning capabilities across facilities, manufacturing sites, and other environments managing high-value or high-risk assets.

The launch expands moviTHERM's portfolio of thermal imaging and monitoring technologies, with Irley™ combining thermal monitoring, remote connectivity, and automated alerts into a single platform. The camera supports both Ethernet and LTE connectivity, enabling deployment in facilities with existing network infrastructure as well as remote locations without wired connections.

According to the company, Irley™ is designed to simplify deployment and monitoring by allowing users to point the camera toward the target area, configure alert thresholds and notification preferences, and begin continuous thermal monitoring. When abnormal heat conditions are detected, the system can immediately issue notifications via phone call, text message, or email, enabling faster response to developing issues.

"Every minute matters when heat starts to build," said Markus Tarin, President and CEO of moviTHERM. "Irley™ gives people the one thing they usually don't have in these situations, which is time."

For industrial inspection and asset monitoring applications, the platform also provides remote access to thermal imagery, historical temperature trend analysis, and the ability to adjust system settings without requiring an on-site visit.

The company stated that Irley™ also maintains a documented record of alerts and events, creating a centralized history that can support post-incident analysis and provide facilities with documented monitoring records when working with insurers or conducting safety reviews.

moviTHERM said the solution is available immediately for organizations seeking to strengthen early fire detection and equipment monitoring strategies across industrial facilities and critical infrastructure.

Founded in 1999, moviTHERM develops thermal imaging and monitoring solutions for industrial applications. The company noted that Irley™ is its first proprietary thermal camera and has been designed to be accessible for users without prior thermal imaging experience.
