Industrial Thermal Services (ITS) has announced the acquisition of NDE Incorporated, expanding its nondestructive evaluation capabilities and strengthening its service footprint along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
The transaction brings together ITS’s industrial heat treatment and specialty mechanical services with NDE Incorporated’s established expertise in nondestructive testing. Founded in 1984, NDE has built a presence across Louisiana to Florida, serving a diversified industrial customer base with inspection and quality assurance services.
The acquisition enables ITS to offer a broader portfolio of inspection and asset integrity services, integrating nondestructive evaluation into its existing service lines. Customers of NDE Incorporated are expected to transition into the ITS platform, gaining access to its field service infrastructure and expanded operational capabilities.
"This acquisition strengthens our position as a fully integrated partner to our customers," said Ryan Aras, Founder and CEO of ITS. "Adding NDT expertise into our heat treatment and specialty mechanical portfolio allows us to deliver even greater value to our customers while reinforcing our commitment to safety, quality, and project execution."
The combined entity will operate under the ITS brand, with a continued focus on safety, technical execution, and service reliability. The move represents ITS’s second expansion following its partnership with Amberjack Capital Partners and forms part of the company’s broader national growth strategy in industrial services and inspection.Industrial Thermal Services (ITS) has announced the acquisition of NDE Incorporated, expanding its nondestructive evaluation capabilities and strengthening its service footprint along the U.S. Gulf Coast.
