Glaston has introduced a new Quenching Blower Maintenance Service aimed at preventing unplanned downtime, reducing energy consumption, and extending the operational life of blower systems.
The newly launched service is positioned as a comprehensive protection package that integrates inspections, monitoring, and non-destructive testing (NDT), along with access to critical spare parts. It is designed to enhance operational reliability by enabling early detection of imbalances and facilitating precise on-site corrections through a structured and guided workflow.
As part of the service offering, Glaston’s certified technicians will conduct NDT at six-month intervals in line with manufacturer recommendations. This approach is intended to ensure consistent performance and reliability of blower systems across their lifecycle.
The service focuses on identifying potential issues at an early stage, helping prevent escalation into more serious concerns such as bearing wear, impeller damage, or unexpected equipment failure. By maintaining optimal balance, the system also supports improved energy efficiency and reduced operational costs.
Additionally, reduced vibration and minimised stress on critical components contribute to enhanced system reliability and extended equipment lifespan, aligning with industry requirements for performance stability and maintenance efficiency.
