Dexon has announced that Phusit Sennasuwan has received The Best SOCx Award for January 2026 at an upstream site in Southeast Asia, recognising exemplary safety awareness and proactive risk identification.
Phusit was honoured under Dexon’s Safety, Observation, and Communication (SOCx) programme after identifying a minor liquid leak at a 4-inch flange connection on the inlet line to a test separator. While the leak was small, it was promptly reported and addressed, preventing the issue from escalating into a more serious operational or safety risk.
Test separators play a critical role in upstream oil and gas operations, as they are used to measure and monitor the performance of individual wells. Early detection of even minor anomalies in such equipment is essential to maintaining safe and reliable production.
The recognition underscores the importance of vigilance and timely intervention in high-risk industrial environments and reflects Dexon’s emphasis on operational discipline and preventive safety practices across its projects.
Dexon acknowledged Phusit’s contribution and reaffirmed its appreciation for employees who consistently uphold high safety standards and demonstrate a proactive approach to hazard identification across operations.
