This rugged industrial tablet is designed to simplify digital radiographic (DR) imaging in the field, empowering radiographers to validate imaging compliance directly at the inspection point, thereby eliminating the need for costly and time-consuming retakes.
With the new tablet, radiographers can instantly verify proper positioning, validate markers, and assess image quality indicator (IQI) sensitivity before proceeding to the next exposure. This streamlined workflow allows for the instant review, adjustment, or wireless transfer of images to a nearby review station for further interpretation. This innovation significantly accelerates the inspection process and boosts overall throughput.

Its sun-readable, industrial touchscreen interface can be operated easily with gloved or wet hands, simplifying setup and operation.
The tablet is a touchscreen-optimized extension of INDUSTREX Digital Viewing Software, Carestream NDT’s all-in-one platform for both computed radiography (CR) and DR inspections. Its seamless compatibility with the Carestream NDT family of DR solutions, including the NDT HPX-DR 3543 PE and other HPX models, ensures easy integration, high-resolution defect detection, and advanced analysis capabilities for a wide range of inspection needs.
