BES Group Expands Testing Division with Acquisition of Rotech Laboratories
BES Group has been making significant strides in acquisitions recently, and they are thrilled to announce the addition of another exceptional company to their portfolio. Rotech Laboratories, a leading materials testing lab based in the West Midlands, has joined forces with BES Group to further strengthen their specialist Testing Division. This acquisition not only enhances the testing solutions available to BES Group's customers but also expands their network of testing facilities across the UK.
The Rotech team comprises over 40 industry experts, all dedicated to ensuring the safety and legal compliance of their customers. They offer a wide range of specialized testing services, including hardness testing, weld testing, corrosion testing, impact testing, and more. These services help verify material quality and analyze the root causes of machinery failures, among other critical applications.

Rotech marks the third acquisition for BES Group in 2023, following the previous additions of ESIS, an engineering inspection company in May, and Alliance Inspection, a specialist NDT solutions and fitness for service assessment provider last month.
