Ashtead Technology, a prominent provider of subsea technology and services, has announced a new rental agreement with Pliant Offshore, a Netherlands-based company specializing in measurement and control equipment for challenging offshore environments. This strategic partnership aims to supply Ashtead Technology with Pliant Offshore’s innovative solutions for offshore wind construction monitoring, measurement, and inspection.
The agreement includes Pliant Offshore’s Installation Monitoring System, Departure Angle Monitoring System, and Umbilical Inspection System, all designed to optimize offshore operations by reducing vessel time, costs, and project risks. These systems will be available for rental through Ashtead Technology’s global network of twelve hubs, including locations in Aberdeen, Abu Dhabi, Houston, Norway, and Singapore.
Additionally, Pliant Offshore’s Flange Measurement System for inspecting Wind Turbine Generator foundations will be offered for both sale and rental.
