Admach Systems has received a purchase order valued at ₹5.31 million, including goods and services tax, from a domestic customer in the non-destructive testing (NDT) industry. The order covers the supply of a complete NDT machine setup, according to the company's regulatory disclosure.
Order Covers Complete NDT Machine Setup
The customer has been described as a domestic leader in the NDT industry providing complete machine setups. The order is scheduled to be executed within 13 weeks from the purchase order date.
Admach Systems said the contract is not related to its promoter, promoter group or any group company and does not constitute a related-party transaction.
Payment Structure and Order Book
Under the payment terms, 25% of the order value is payable along with the order, while 65% is payable against dispatch. The remaining 10% is due following installation and commissioning.
Following the latest order, Admach Systems' order book stands at ₹690.4 million, including goods and services tax. The company disclosed the purchase order under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements Regulations, 2015, along with the applicable 2024 disclosure circular.
The Pune-based company informed the BSE about the order on September 30, 2026. The disclosure was authorised by Ajay Longani, Chairman and Managing Director of Admach Systems.
