Acuren Corporation (NYSE: TIC) has announced its rebrand to TIC Solutions, Inc., following its merger with NV5. The move consolidates decades of expertise in testing, inspection, certification, engineering, and geospatial services under a unified corporate identity, while Acuren, NV5, and other legacy brands will continue as trusted customer-facing names.
With a workforce of over 11,000 employees across 250+ locations, TIC Solutions is positioned as a global leader in mission-critical Testing, Inspection, Certification, and Compliance (TICC) services. The company’s portfolio builds on its longstanding strength in nondestructive testing (NDT), industrial rope access, engineering, and geospatial analytics—core capabilities that underpin asset integrity and infrastructure safety across industries.

The rebrand underscores TIC Solutions’ commitment to advancing NDT technologies and inspection services for critical infrastructure in sectors such as energy, industrials, utilities, data centers, healthcare, aviation, and higher education. By combining global scale with local expertise, the company aims to accelerate innovation in nondestructive evaluation, predictive maintenance, and digital compliance solutions.

The name change will be effective October 10, 2025, with the company continuing to trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker symbol “TIC.” Its corporate headquarters will be based in Hollywood, Florida.
