Position Summary:

NVI, LLC is seeking a dynamic and strategic Vice President of Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and lead our commercial and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be based within commuting distance of our corporate office in Gray, Louisiana; however, remote applications are also welcome. Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Strategy

  • Develop and implement the company’s commercial strategy in collaboration with the senior leadership team to drive growth and profitability across all service lines.
  • Identify new business opportunities, industry verticals, and partnerships to expand market presence.
  • Oversee the Commercial teams to ensure accountability and visibility, aligning their efforts with the overall Commercial Strategy.

Business Development

  • Lead business development initiatives to acquire new clients, customers, and partners.
  • Implement a cohesive account management strategy, including a detailed road map for account management.
  • Negotiate and close strategic partnerships and contracts with both existing and new clients.
  • Drive revenue generation by developing a cohesive sales team with clear expectations and deliverables.

Marketing Strategy and Execution

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans that support business objectives.
  • Enhance brand awareness through effective marketing campaigns, industry events, and participation in industry organizations.
  • Utilize market research to identify trends and opportunities to maximize return on investment for marketing efforts.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Build and lead a high-performing commercial and marketing team aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with operations, finance, vertical VPs, and other departments to align commercial and marketing strategies with company goals.
  • Ensure seamless integration and coordination of commercial strategies across the organization.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for commercial and marketing activities.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
  • Implement corrective actions as needed to achieve targets and goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5-10 years of experience in Business Development, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • Proven success in developing and executing strategic sales and marketing plans leading to revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Familiarity with industry trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong track record of collaborating with other executives to align sales and marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Proven experience in negotiation and relationship management with clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in a senior management position, preferably as a VP or Director of Sales and Marketing.
