Position Summary:

Mistras Group is seeking a dedicated UT Technician to join our team in Midland Odessa, TX. The successful candidate will have the ability to work independently and a strong proficiency in reading Isometric drawings. This role involves working at a midstream plant with a schedule of 5 days a week, 10 hours a day for 3 weeks and offers a per diem rate of $140 a day.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Ultrasonic Testing (UT) independently and efficiently.
• Interpret and analyze Isometric drawings to facilitate testing.
• Perform testing and inspections at a midstream plant.
• Adhere to a 5-day workweek, with 10-hour shifts for 3 weeks.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of testing results and procedures.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UT Technician.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting Isometric drawings.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in testing.
• Commitment to safety and adherence to protocols.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work a 5-day, 10-hour shift for 3 weeks.

Compensation:

$140 per day per diem.
