Position Summary:-
Eddyfi Technologies is seeking an Ultrasound Applications Expert to join its ET/UT product line team based in Villebon-sur-Yvette (Paris area), France. Acting as a key technical reference for UT and PAUT inspection technologies, this role bridges customer requirements and internal engineering by delivering pre-sales technical support, feasibility testing, client training, post-sales assistance, and field feedback to R&D.
Responsibilities:-
- Support the sales team during customer visits, technical calls, and product demonstrations by showcasing system capabilities.
- Analyze client inspection requirements to recommend standard products or collaborate on customized NDT solutions.
- Conduct technical feasibility testing to verify solution performance against customer specifications.
- Deliver hands-on product training and create educational materials for end-users and clients.
- Provide post-sales technical support, including on-site troubleshooting and customer issue resolution.
- Partner with marketing to develop technical content (webinars, blogs, workshops) and represent the company at industry conferences.
- Manage semi-custom product projects by coordinating multidisciplinary teams to ensure schedule, budget, and quality compliance.
- Support manufacturing and R&D teams by providing field feedback, refining technical documentation, and running validation tests.
Qualifications Requirements:-
- College diploma in science or a related field (Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred).
- 8+ years of relevant experience with proven hands-on field experience performing UT and PAUT inspections in industrial environments.
- Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Strong problem-solving, interpersonal, and technical report-writing skills.
- Willingness and availability for frequent travel across EMEA, APAC, and international locations.
- Preferred Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or Materials Science.
- Project management experience coordinating cross-functional technical teams.
