Eddyfi Technologies is seeking an enthusiastic and driven Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for serving existing clients, developing new business, and increasing company revenue within the geographic territory covering France and the Maghreb. Your primary focus will be on conducting research, targeting emerging prospects, and building relationships to secure new business opportunities.
- Develop territory plans that prioritize leads and opportunities.
- Maintain and cultivate relationships with both existing and new customers, ensuring service quality, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Provide valuable market information to product managers to optimize development and enhance forecasting accuracy.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify and engage new prospects.
- Update the CRM with prospect information, sales contacts, meeting notes, and tasks to ensure accurate forecasting and reflect potential challenges and opportunities for the Sales Manager.
- Actively participate in internal sales meetings and sales development training.
- Travel to customer sites, both within France and abroad as necessary.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as booking travel and managing expense reports.
- Undertake any other tasks as required.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in a field related to business or management.
- Preferred experience in Non-Destructive Testing (NDT/NDE).
- A minimum of 10 years of business-to-business sales experience.
- Required experience in various vertical market sectors, including:
- Oil and gas industry, including midstream pipelines and downstream storage.
- Refining and petrochemicals.
- Power generation, coal, cogeneration, nuclear.
- Aerospace and defense.
- Ships and marine, including the Navy and Coast Guard.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Intermediate proficiency in Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and passionate about your role.
- Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and influencing skills.
- Advanced creativity and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong business acumen, a team player, and results-oriented.
- Fluent in English.
