Regional Sales Manager

Position Summary:

Pacific NDT is seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, meeting potential clients, building and maintaining client relationships, conducting onsite product demonstrations, developing sales strategies, and achieving revenue targets. This role involves travel within the assigned region, conducting sales meetings, and collaborating with the sales team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead sales efforts within the assigned region, including meeting potential clients and building long-term relationships.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
• Conduct onsite product demonstrations to showcase Pacific NDT’s digital imaging solutions for NDT and Security applications.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for market expansion and client acquisition.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.
• Travel within the region to meet with clients, attend industry events, and conduct sales meetings.
• Provide regular sales reports and updates to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong sales management, business development, and client relationship management skills.
• Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of NDT and Security applications is a plus.
• Ability to travel within the region for client meetings and industry events.
• Experience in conducting onsite product demonstrations.
