Position Overview
The QA/QC Technician 2 plays a vital role in supporting Operations by ensuring the adherence to quality policies, procedures, and expectations during inspections. This role is dedicated to delivering top-notch quality products to our valued customers, specializing in Soils and Concrete inspection and testing, and is well-versed in an NQA-1 Quality Program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, audit, and meticulously review data and materials to assess the quality of completed inspections.
- Collaborate with supervisors and team members to identify and rectify quality issues, actively participating in the problem-solving process.
- Engage in discussions regarding inspection outcomes with responsible parties, offering valuable insights and recommending corrective actions to ensure the highest quality standards are maintained.

Pay Range:
- The target pay range for this position is $25 to $30 per hour. It serves as a general guideline for states that enforce pay transparency. However, it's essential to note that compensation decisions consider various factors, such as job responsibilities, education, experience, knowledge, skills, certifications, and alignment with market data, among others.
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Background in Soils and Concrete inspection and testing, with familiarity in an NQA-1 Quality Program.
- Seven years of field experience.
- Five years of experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QAQC).
- Three years of experience in a Supervisory role is required.
- Certificates and Licenses Required
- Certification as an Inspector (e.g., ACI, NICET, or equivalent approved by the client) with extensive practical experience.
- Must meet minimum company requirements to operate a company vehicle and be eligible for coverage under the Company insurance program.
Legal Authorization:
- All employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
