Project Manager

The Project Manager will coordinate the execution of internal development projects according to the Project plan.

LEADERSHIP

• Actively contribute to develop activities, systems, strategies, plans and culture within the company
• Be a role model in implementing high working standards, code of ethics and the CMS
• Work consistently on personal and functional goals to improve cooperation across the company

SCOPE

• Insure and report to line management project overview, detailed planning with regards to schedule, cost and resource requirements
• Evaluate risks throughout projects ensuring risk mitigation actions are performed
• Project scope breakdown and definition according to project proposal
• Analysis of critical tasks & application for necessary quality assurance measures to ensure desired outcomeAnalysis of skill and competence requirements based on content of tasks
• Training of personnel
• Manage workshops and field activities to achieve project goals
• Calibration of tools
• Lead technical activities and support equipment mobilizations
• Perform technical scopes in the workshop and on site as applicable
• Perform technical activities to maintain equipment pool and assets

SKILLS AND COMPETENCE REQUIREMENTS

• BA in core engineering discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience with NDT/oil and gas sector
• Technical skills in the involved disciplines
• Experience in leading multidiscipline project teams
• Experience in reporting and communicating project development outside the project
• Ability to maintain excellent client relations.
• Experience with project management
• Skilled in communicating verbally and in writing
