Position Summary:

Acuren Inspection is actively seeking a PAUT-TOFD Technician to join our operations in Orlando, FL.

Responsibilities:

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

• Setting up and calibrating nondestructive testing equipment.
• Conducting tests to ensure quality or detect discontinuities (defects) using NDT methods of inspection.
• Establishing techniques for proper examination of objects under inspection, ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
• Applying testing criteria by applicable specifications or standards and evaluating results.
• Organizing and reporting test results.
• Performing specialized inspections.
• Potentially instructing and supervising others.
• Performing other job-related tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

To succeed in this position, you should possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Some college education is preferred.
• NDT Level II UT Phased Array Certification and TOFD.
• A technical background in NDT methods and procedures with at least five years of phased array experience.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively perform assigned NDT tasks and interpret results of inspections.
• Knowledge of NDT equipment.
