Position Summary:
The Nuclear NDT Project Manager will be responsible for managing and executing non-destructive testing (NDT) projects within the nuclear sector, with project values ranging from €100k to €1000k. The role involves overseeing the development and deployment of NDT methods, including semi-automated and fully automated solutions, for both existing facilities and new construction projects. The position requires technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams while serving as the primary client interface.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute NDT projects within the nuclear sector.
- Coordinate project development activities internally and with subcontractors.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout project execution.
- Lead and manage cross-functional technical teams.
- Participate in or implement project performance management tools.
- Contribute to the development and deployment of NDT methods, including automated and semi-automated techniques.
Qualifications:
- Engineering degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the NDT field.
- COFREND Level II certification in RT, UT, or ET.
- Familiarity with the nuclear environment.
Requirements:
- RP RN / SCN / CSQ training.
- Experience in development and qualification projects within the nuclear sector.
- Experience in automated or semi-automated NDT development and qualification.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in technology.
- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and interact confidently with clients.
- Understanding of process qualification requirements in the nuclear field.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (less than 20%) for meetings with subcontractors, clients, or project implementation.
