NDT Technicians

Position Summary:

Asset Reliability Inspection is experiencing continued growth and is seeking skilled NDT Technicians to join our Perth operations. This role involves working within the power generation, mining, and fabrication environments, with opportunities for occasional overtime, shift work, and shutdowns. Regional FIFO and DIDO work may also be required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) techniques, including PT, MT, UT, and VT, to inspect and assess the integrity of client assets.
• Utilize advanced NDT methods, such as RAD and PAUT, to ensure comprehensive inspection coverage.
• Conduct inspections in accordance with industry standards and client specifications, ensuring the highest levels of safety and compliance.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports, documenting findings and recommendations.
• Work in diverse environments, including power generation, mining, and fabrication settings.
• Collaborate with other team members and clients to deliver exceptional service and meet project deadlines.
• Participate in regional FIFO and DIDO work as required, including potential interstate travel.
• Adhere to ARI’s safety policies and procedures, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.

Qualifications and Certifications:

• Certifications in PT (Penetrant Testing), MT (Magnetic Particle Testing), UT (Ultrasonic Testing), and VT (Visual Testing) are required.
• Certifications in RAD (Radiography), PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing), and API 510/570/653 are highly desirable.
• Must live in or be willing to relocate to Western Australia.
• Previous experience in power generation, mining, or fabrication environments is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to accurately interpret test results.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to travel and work in various locations as required.
